Following a targeted business development campaign, Anderson Baillie are pleased to announce a new account win – Mezenet.

Mezenet is the UK’s leading specialist SAP Business Intelligence consultancy and is the UK’s first mySAP Service Partner dedicated to Business Intelligence.

Following the mySAP accreditation Mezenet wanted to raise their profile in the market through an aggressive strategic led marketing programme.

Firstly, Anderson Baillie took Mezenet through an audit of their current business situation analysing business structure & goals, operating & competitor environment, market conditions, culture of the organisation and business and marketing goals.

Secondly Anderson Baillie’s Buiness Growth strategyR was applied to Mezenet looking at an analysis of Mezenet’s current and future target markets, target audience groups current supporting propositions and sales and marketing messages.

The outpouring of the workshop gave Mezenet a full proposition document targeted by service offering, target market and audience group. This document became the foundation to all of the sales and marketing activity from thereon.
