Repositioning e-procurement to consumption Management

Anderson Baillie Business Growth Consultants have been commissioned to develop a new positioning framework and go to market strategy for MSoft, one of the UK’s leading providers of e-procurement software to the local government and health sectors. Part of the remit will be to continue the development of a proposition formulated by Anderson Baillie for MSoft – consumption management, stressing the need to understand why we consume and not necessarily focus upon simply improving the buying process itself.
