Anderson Baillie is proud to announce the completion and launch of the new brand for SCI - the prestigious Society of Chemistry and Industry based in London.

Anderson Baillie conducted an extensive consultation, including a two-phase international online survey with over 8000 responses to explore how to develop the brand. From the success of this research a complete rebranding exercise was undertaken, developing the proposition ‘Where Science meets Business’ alongside a bold and modern logo, that incorporates SCI’s global outlook and reinforces the trust that between SCI and its members.

Trusting in the full range of Anderson Baillie’s design services lead to the creation of a new look for SCI’s in house magazines Supplyline and Chemistry & Industry. Redesigned from cover to cover, the magazines now have their own space and identity within the SCI brand portfolio.

The branding exercise also covered, stationery, launch material including logo show reel and related collateral. Alongside this a redesign exercise for the SCI main website, Supplyline website and Chemistry & Industry website was conducted. This process explored the facets of SCI online and drawing on the power of the new brand delivers a comprehensive, intelligently designed experience. Over the next few months these designs will go online, replacing eventually replace SCI’s existing website.

At every stage Anderson Baillie have applied their attention to detail creating a fresh and vibrant design that sets the stage for SCI now and into the future.
